WILLIAM H. LUNGER practices primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Taxation and Family Business Planning. Mr. Lunger is admitted to practice in Delaware (1995) and Pennsylvania (1998). He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association (Estates and Trusts Section – former Chair, and Taxation Section) American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) and the Estate Planning Council of Delaware, Inc. Mr. Lunger received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dickinson College in 1991 and J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 1994. While at Widener, he served an Articles Editor for The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. In 1995, Mr. Lunger received his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Lunger is a frequent seminar and conference speaker. Mr. Lunger is the co-author of the following articles: “Practical Considerations in Drafting a Delaware Asset Protection Trust” 30 Tax Mgmt. Est. Gifts & Tr. J. 117 (Mar. 2005) and “Structuring CRTs as Delaware APTs to Provide Protection from Creditors and Surviving Spouses” 46 Tax Management Memorandum (Oct. 2005).
